Welcome to The Royal Falcon Foundation. We create and sponsor transformative youth leadership program retreats that empower young minds and nurture tomorrow’s leaders through experiential learning and innovative activities. Since our launch in 2022 in Wisconsin and a successful run in the Summer of 2023, we have been committed to instilling moral principles and fostering leadership skills in 11 to 15-year-olds. We are expanding our retreat programs to enable full family participation

Our Expanded Reach
Building on the success of our programs in Wisconsin, we are thrilled to expand Hillcrest Orchard Camp to California and Arizona this fall. We will not only continue our core leadership program for 11 to 15-year-olds but also introduce activities for parents and full families, making it a memorable and bonding experience for everyone.
